In your absence, the house is looked after by a reliable, German-speaking property manager, and a gardener takes care of any necessary garden work as required. If desired, both are happy to continue offering their services.

The surrounding towns of Hévíz, Keszthely, and Nagykanizsa offer excellent infrastructure, featuring supermarkets, regular weekly markets, restaurants, and cafés.
For nature observers, the balcony is the best place to pursue their hobby. Deer, foxes, badgers, and stags can be spotted in the garden in the mornings and evenings, and in September, you can listen to the spectacular deer rutting.
The immediate area offers a wide range of leisure activities, such as cycling, fishing, sailing, equestrian sports, hunting, or golfing. The nearest golf course, Zala Springs Golf Resort, is only 20 km away.
