• Out-of-area or land?
• a separate weekend house?
• Waterfront, panoramic view or house with mini garden?

Type of use:

• as a permanent residence or weekend house?
• alone or with a big family?
• Do you need a large living room?
• Do you have time to relax or go in the morning and come home late at night?
• be it a garden: if so, how much and how much land, will there be time to mow?
• Is the garden just for relaxing? You want a vegetable garden or just fruit trees? Or a small pond in the yard?

3. Properties expectations:

• House / apartment status: newly built, renovated, renovated or remodeled?
• Do you need outbuildings?
